[Joint Exposition of Books] Materials on “Washoku” and French Cuisine as Cultural Heritage

The library will be displaying books on food culture as cultural heritage, in association with the registration of “Washoku” (traditional Japanese cuisine) as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO last year, in collaboration with the Bibliothèque de la Maison franco-japonaise.
The Library of the International House of Japan will mainly display books on Japanese cuisine, and the Bibliothèque de la Maison franco-japonaise mainly books on French cuisine (registered as an intangible cultural heritage in 2010).
