Mr. Fumio Matsuo, who was a renownd journalist and a long-time supporter of the International House of Japan as a member, passed away this February.
In October this year, his book Nixon’s America (in Japanese) was republished by Iwanami Shoten.
The book was re-edited, including the addition of a posthumous manuscript to the original version published in 1972.
On this occasion, the library is holding a small exhibition introducing Mr. Matsuo’s works, including the above-mentioned book, in memory of his life and work.
